Four Seasons 2(Maui, HI) If you ever travel to Maui, Hawaii you must stay at the Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea.  My wife and I stayed there for our honeymoon and we were blown away! They take care of you top to bottom.  When you get to the hotel, you are greeted by some of the friendliest and funniest people I have ever met at a hotel.  When we were taken to our room, John (a hilarious bellman),  joked with me saying I had made a mistake by staying at the Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea because it will be hard to impress my wife with any other hotel in the future after staying there. It was hard to disagree with John as the days progressed!

The view from our Ocean-view Deluxe Suite overlooked the ocean and beautiful courtyard below.  The suite had a living room with a giant flat screen HD TV, two balconies, a dining room with private bar and a bedroom with a king size bed.  There was a marble bathroom with a tub and a separate shower and a separate bathroom off the living room with a shower as well! Five people could easily stay in the Ocean-view Deluxe Suite at the Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea.  It was truly a special room that my wife and I will never forget.

Every morning daily itineraries listing free activities for adults and children were on our dining room table in the living room.  They even list some reasonably priced activities such as spinning!  I love riding bikes so I thought this would be a good activity for me (Note that I have never gone spinning before).  I said to myself “I know how to ride a bike, this should be easy!” It was not easy AT ALL…BUT it was one of the best workouts I ever had and was glad I took advantage of the opportunity to try new things on our vacation.  My wife took advantage of Yoga on the beach and sincerely enjoyed the soothing crashing of the ocean waves.

We spent many days at the pool and beach where the staff made sure we had everything we needed.  They would get towels, water, and even food if we arehungry.  But the best thing was how the shade cabanas and casabellas were free!  (Most places charge you close to a hundred dollars for a cabana).  The Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea also had an Infinity-Edged Swimming Pool (My favorite place to go at the Four Seasons) with a gorgeous view of the beach, and a poolside bar.

After a day in the sun definitely take a walk around the property and check out the many shops at the Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea.  And for any meal, the restaurants at the Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea have great food.  No matter what your taste buds prefer, the Fours Season’s can accommodate.  The restaurants at the Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea are, Spago, Ferraro’s Bar e Ristorante and DUO, all with mouth watering cuisine.

There were so many amenities the Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea had to offer. Below find a full list with my own personal comments in parentheses.

MAU_585_screen-hi-resThe Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea is truly amazing!  You really don’t need to go anywhere when you stay at the Four Seasons Maui. But, if you do decide to venture outside of the resort, the concierge can help you plan your day every step of the way (There is a lot to do on Maui, so choose wisely). If you do venture to Hawaii on vacation be sure to stay at the Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea, you will not be disappointed at all!  Our stay was perfect, and I was happy to make it a party of our honeymoon.
